Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Cuautitlán Izcalli seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead the pharmaceutical warehouse QMS, ensure GDP/GMP compliance, and drive audits. You will manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and document control while maintaining product integrity and regulatory readiness.

The role requires 5–8 years in pharma quality, leadership of cross-functional teams, and strong knowledge of GDP/GMP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of quality management experience in pharma warehousing or distribution.
• Proven track record leading customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Strong knowledge of GDP, GMP and quality systems.
• Experience with QA metrics, CAPA, change control and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments, investigations, and document control.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive corrective actions for compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain SOPs and quality docs aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead internal audits and support customer/regulatory inspections.
• Promote a quality culture and train operations on GMP/GDP requirements.
