Ericsson Mexico is seeking a Director of Operations Excellence to lead governance, KPI/OKR tracking, and performance reporting for a complex telecom environment. You will consolidate financial and operational data to support executive decision-making and drive cross-functional improvements.

The role requires strong financial acumen, governance experience, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders while delivering data-driven insights and automation initiatives across functions.

Formación

• Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Proven experience in governance, PMO, Chief of Staff, Operations Excellence or similar roles.
• Familiarity with KPI/OKR reporting and performance management frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational and financial governance activities with accurate reporting and alignment across functions.
• Own KPI and OKR tracking, performance reviews and executive management reporting.
• Consolidate data into insights for senior leadership decision-making.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and oversee governance actions.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate automation, digitalization, and AI-related initiatives to improve efficiency.
