• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational excellence or related field.
• Change management and Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Project administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the operational excellence strategy for the organization.
• Identify and prioritize areas for operational improvement and efficiency.
• Lead crossfunctional teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
