TPI Composites seeks a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead molding technology across blade manufacturing operations. You will direct the engineering team, set priorities, and drive cost-effective, validated processes from concept to production hand-off.

Responsible for data-driven optimization, technology maturity, and alignment with safety, quality and productivity goals in a high-paced plant environment.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant manufacturing experience with composites or molding.
• Experience leading engineering teams and projects, with Kaizen/Lean strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct molding technology roadmap and industrialization across processes.
• Lead engineering team to deliver on-time project execution and safety goals.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production and Tooling to implement process improvements.
