Eaton's IS AER ITD division is seeking a Molding Manager to lead tooling engineering, injection process, tool assembly and machine shop teams for robust molding operations. You will drive DFMs, tool validation and preventive maintenance to meet quality and cost targets.

You will oversee new process validation, molds and transfers, coordinate root-cause analyses, and mentor staff while partnering with production to deliver on-time, defect-free parts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 7+ years in plastic injection molding with 5+ years in a manager role.
• Experience leading tooling engineering, injection processes and machine shop.

Responsabilidades

• Lead tooling engineering team in RFQ, DFM, product reviews, tool design reviews and documentation.
• Oversee transfer projects from other Eaton locations and site validations.
• Set strategies for tooling capabilities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead tool assembly with preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Guide machine shop for tool fixes, spare part fabrication and improvements.
• Lead injection processes to establish new parameters for projects.
• Collaborate with capital projects to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Train and develop new employees.
