Job summary

Enovis Corporation seeks an experienced Engineering leader to oversee production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive long-range planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives across multiple product lines, ensuring quality, efficiency and cost targets are met.

The role requires strong project management and collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver new product introductions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Engineering management experience demonstrated in high-volume manufacturing.
• Advanced English for project presentations and negotiations.
• Lean Manufacturing Tools, Six Sigma, Project Management, Supply Chain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve production methods and equipment utilization.
• Plan and manage department objectives and operating budgets.
• Direct production activities through managers to optimize workflow and staffing.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Operations.

Education

Industrial/Mechanical/Electromechanical/Electronic Engineering degree

Master in senior management (desirable)
