Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture and large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in conceptual design and schematic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative vision and involvement in significant landscape projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles, materials, planting strategies, and sustainability.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

We are seeking a professional who combines aesthetic sensibility, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive innovative design solutions, elevate design quality, and guide multidisciplinary teams throughout project development.

What Will Be Your Challenge?

• Lead the conceptual and schematic design of landscape architecture projects.
• Define design concepts, narratives, and strategies for large-scale developments and master plans.
• Direct and guide multidisciplinary teams throughout the various stages of the design process.
• Evaluate and enhance design proposals to ensure creativity, functionality, sustainability, and design excellence.
• Collaborate with project directors, architects, consultants, and clients to maintain a cohesive design vision.
• Foster team development by promoting creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure design decisions align with project objectives, user needs, and feasibility requirements.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture with a specialization in landscape design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture and large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in conceptual design, schematic design, and landscape master planning.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative vision, design judgment, and involvement in significant landscape architecture projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles, materials, planting strategies, and sustainability.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on construction, site supervision, or project execution, without a strong background in conceptual and schematic design, will not be a fit for this position.
