Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Enterprise AI portfolio. You will lead from scope to delivery, coordinating with developers, stakeholders, architecture, security, and data teams across locations.

Expect hands-on design of AI agents and automation using Claude, GPT, Glean, and Bedrock. You will evaluate technical strategy, tool choices, and cost implications while exploring emerging models and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years delivering technology programs spanning multiple teams.
• 2+ years in senior/lead/owner roles and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise AI portfolio scope, priorities, status and timelines.
• Hands-on design and construction of AI agents and workflows using leading platforms.
• Evaluate model choice, platform, and cost for each request, balancing risk and feasibility.
• Lead portfolio planning, capacity mapping across internal staff and contractors.
• Create executive-level portfolio dashboards and report progress to leadership.
