Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a senior Product Management Director to shape AI-powered features for our Supplier Network.

You will own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, partnering with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success to drive growth, trust, and monetization at scale. You will engage with customers to validate needs, define north-star metrics, and lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record scaling two-sided networks with revenue impact.
• Strong AI/ML familiarity in enterprise workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for Supplier Network AI features.
• Define and scale two-sided growth loops while ensuring marketplace integrity.
• Lead product strategy for supplier business, including subscriptions, APIs, and premium services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, CS.
• Drive PLG motions for enterprise procurement workflows.
• Engage with customers to validate needs and shape solutions.
• Define north-star metrics for liquidity, monetization, retention.
• Monitor AI and marketplace trends to stay ahead.
