Uber Freight in Nuevo Laredo seeks a Director of Mexico Northern Border Customs Operations to lead day-to-day cross-border customs activities and drive growth at the high‑volume border points of entry.

Based in Nuevo Laredo, you will develop plans, coordinate with warehousing and account management, implement SOPs, and work with authorities and carriers to optimize efficiency.

Requires bilingual English/Spanish, proven leadership, and deep knowledge of Ley Aduanera and cross-border regulations.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency.
• Proven leadership of operational teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Certified Customs Broker with knowledge of Ley Aduanera and US–Mexico cross-border regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Border Operations Management: Oversee and optimize daily customs operations across all northern border points of entry, ensuring efficient customs clearance processes with a primary focus on Nuevo Laredo as the high-volume port of entry.
