Confidential in Nuevo Laredo seeks a General Manager to lead the operation with full accountability for performance, safety, compliance, and cross-border logistics between Mexico and the United States.

You will translate strategy into priorities, build an executive team, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with customers, brokers, carriers, and authorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, cross-border operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-functional operations with service delivery, financial performance, and people leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall operation with accountability for performance, safety, compliance, and cross-border logistics.
• Establish KPIs, run business reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and coordination between Mexico and U.S. operations.
• Maintain relationships with customers, brokers, carriers, government agencies, and partners.
