Johnson & Johnson in Mexico City seeks a strategic HR director to partner with senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide transformation. This role shapes talent strategy, organization design, and culture across a complex matrix, ensuring leadership effectiveness and workforce capability.

The successful candidate will lead through enterprise initiatives, foster inclusion, and deliver data-driven people insights to inform business reviews and succession planning, while upholding Our Credo values.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive HR or business leadership experience at senior levels.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate strategy into people outcomes.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed, regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and data usage skills to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Influence business and organization strategy through workforce insights, organizational effectiveness, talent risk, and external market perspective.
• Shape high-impact people strategies that enable leadership, culture, capability building, transformation, and responsible AI-enabled ways of working.
• Partner across OneHR to deliver integrated solutions that improve business outcomes and the employee experience.
• Set and execute the talent agenda for business/functional geography within the organization design and workforce strategy.
• Lead organization and operating model choices to enable growth, innovation, transformation, and disciplined execution.
• Strengthen culture, accountability, employee engagement, and organizational health through leadership actions grounded in Our Credo.
