Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive program management and development experience.
• Experience designing, launching, and scaling social programs.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and remote team management capabilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Experience with grant writing, fundraising, and budget management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and strategic planning of new community social programs.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of multiple program initiatives.
• Develop program goals, objectives, and performance metrics with stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and financial accountability.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, government agencies, and other organizations.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of program staff and coordinators.
• Monitor effectiveness, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements based on data.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, funders, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
