Citi in Mexico City seeks a Sales Support Specialist to bolster the sales force by coordinating RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, delivering timely responses, and ensuring consistency with strategic messaging.

The role requires 10+ years in sales support, advanced knowledge of investor services, and strong MS Excel and Office skills, with close collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in sales support or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Investor Services or asset manager businesses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate RFP, RFI and DDQ responses and pitchbooks.
• Direct timely delivery of responses for prospective client proposals.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to keep content current in systems.
• Ensure responses align with business goals and client needs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance for governance.
