You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing cutting‑edge solutions that drive efficiency, profitability, and environmental responsibility across the organization's operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy for the agricultural division, focusing on areas such as precision agriculture, biotechnology, and sustainable farming techniques.
• Identify emerging technologies and research findings with the potential to enhance crop yields, resource efficiency, and product quality.
• Lead the evaluation and pilot testing of new agricultural technologies, equipment, and methodologies.
• Foster strong relationships with research institutions, universities, technology providers, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving sustainability, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing biodiversity in agricultural practices.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in agricultural research and development, innovation management, or a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new agricultural technologies and practices.
• Deep understanding of sustainable agriculture, precision farming, biotechnology, and other modern agricultural trends.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
