• Proven experience with farm management software (e.g., SAP Agribusiness, John Deere Operations Center, Climate FieldView) or similar agricultural data platforms.
• Solid understanding of data analytics, database management, and reporting tools.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with experience using virtual meeting and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical users.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or support role is highly desirable.
