Mondelēz International is seeking a Director of Consumer Science LA and Global BGCM to shape the consumer science strategy and capabilities across Latin America and global BGCM categories.

Lead diverse teams, influence resource allocation, and drive consumer-centric product development, sensing and research excellence while championing health, safety and quality across the organization.

Formación

• PhD or Master’s in Consumer Science, Sensory Science, Food Science or related field is required.
• 10+ years in Consumer Science or Sensory Research within FMCG, with global/multi-regional experience.
• Strong leadership, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and motivate the Consumer Science Global BGCM and LA organizations.
• Partner with LA and BGCM product development, insights and marketing to drive innovation.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable guidance for product development and renovations.
