EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of AI-powered products. You will own the strategy, P&L and roadmap across the portfolio, partnering with AI/ML, data, design and engineering to elevate product outcomes.

You will set governance, guardrails and standards for AI feature development, coach PMs, and champion responsible-AI practices while aligning with senior clients on realistic expectations and ROI.

Formación

• 7+ years in Product Management with managed products or groups.
• Led 3+ products to market, including AI-powered capabilities.
• Own vision, roadmap and P&L across a multi-product portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across AI-powered products.
• Define AI-informed product strategy, sequencing roadmap with advancing AI capability.
• Make build/buy/partner and investment decisions for AI capabilities with ROI focus.
