Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico seeks a senior PMO leader for Direct Materials Purchasing. You will establish and run the Purchasing PMO, manage a cross-functional portfolio, prioritize based on supply risk, and standardize PM tools and reporting to sustain customer service and growth.

You will coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to drive process improvements and digitalization of purchasing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BS in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Logistics is required.
• MBA is a plus.
• 8–10 years in Procurement, Materials Management or related areas.
• 3+ years in Project Management and PMO leadership.
• Experience in the medical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of IT solutions to optimize purchasing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Purchasing PMO with governance, standards and reporting.
• Manage the purchasing project portfolio and supplier-related projects.
• Prioritize projects by supply risk, supplier criticality and objectives.
• Standardize PM tools, templates and performance metrics.
• Support supplier capacity planning and risk mitigation.
• Deliver dashboards communicating key metrics and project health.
