SANMINA-SCI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 to design, implement and support document management platforms. You will collaborate with IT and business process owners, analyze content flows and drive improvements across collaboration tools.

You will become the SME for Google Workspace, AODocs and Doc Dashboard, and assist in training, adoption, and rollout of processes. Strong communication and project management basics are essential.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in related field of study.
• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new or improved processes.
• Strong attention to detail and process oriented skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse existing content data flows and design improvements using Google Workspace, AODocs and Doc Dashboard.
• Become a subject matter expert for Sanmina collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, AODocs, and Doc Dashboard.
• Help prepare training and adoption material on the effective use of collaboration tools.
• Partner with Technology teams to support the launch of Digital Workplace processes.
• Design and develop new business processes utilizing workflows, forms, and reports on AODocs and Google Workspace.
• Assist in testing and implementing new product features within AODocs and Google Workspace.
