Sanmina is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 to bridge OT and business strategy in a manufacturing setting. You will analyze machine performance and map workflows to identify automation opportunities, working with engineering, IT, and operations to translate telemetry into actionable insights.

You will develop KPIs like OEE, build dashboards, and support design and implementation of automated workflows. On-site collaboration with engineers and operators is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, IoT, or heavy industry.
• Experience working with machine monitoring systems, industrial automation, or IoT/OT platforms.
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or R for analyzing large datasets is a plus.
• Proficient in creating current-state and future-state process maps highlighting automation opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Requirements gathering & process mapping with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to define business and technical requirements for machine monitoring systems and automation initiatives.
• Data analysis & insights by examining machine telemetry, sensor data, and error logs to identify downtime causes and KPIs like OEE; develop dashboards for stakeholders.
• Design and implementation support with automation engineers to create automated workflows and predictive maintenance models; assist in UAT and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Change management & continuous improvement by standardizing SOPs, providing training, and monitoring ROI of implemented solutions.
