Sanmina-SCI Technology India Private Limited is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 to bridge OT and business strategy. You will analyze machine telemetry, map workflows, and identify automation opportunities across OT and IT teams, driving efficiency, reducing downtime, and scaling automated processes.

You will collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations to define requirements, build dashboards, and validate solutions through UAT, with an emphasis on OEE, SPC, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, IoT, or heavy industry.
• Experience with machine monitoring systems, industrial automation, or IoT/OT platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements and map current and future processes for machine monitoring and automation.
• Analyze machine telemetry, sensor data, and error logs to identify bottlenecks and downtime causes.
• Design, test, and implement automated workflows and predictive maintenance concepts with engineering teams.
• Lead change management, SOPs, and training to ensure adoption and measure ROI.
