Clear Destination Inc. seeks a Digital Transformation Manager to drive the strategy across manufacturing operations.

You will identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to implement MES, ERP, IIoT, and analytics that improve quality, productivity, and data-driven decision-making. This role partners with Operations, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and align with the long-term transformation

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with business and manufacturing strategies.
• Lead the implementation of MES, WMS, ERP, IIoT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML, analytics, automation, and digital workflow solutions.
• Establish standards for data integration between shop-floor systems and enterprise applications.
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation projects from concept through deployment and stabilization.
• Define business cases, ROI, KPIs, project scope, budgets, timelines, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to identify and eliminate manual processes and data entry.

TheDigital Transformation Manager plays a key role in developing and executing the digital transformation strategy across manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing digital technologies that enhance operational efficiency, quality, productivity, visibility, and data-driven decision-making.

The Digital Transformation Manager will partner closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance, serving as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. This role will ensure that digital initiatives deliver measurable business value and support the organization’s long-term transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities.

• Develop and execute the Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with business and manufacturing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and automate manufacturing and business processes.
• Lead the implementation of MES, WMS, ERP, IIoT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML, analytics, automation, and digital workflow solutions.
• Establish standards for data integration between shop-floor systems, enterprise applications, and equipment.
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation projects from concept through deployment and stabilization.
• Define business cases, ROI, KPIs, project scope, budgets, timelines, and success criteria.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to identify and eliminate manual processes, paper-based transactions, and redundant data entry.
• Drive the development of real-time dashboards, manufacturing analytics, and performance management systems.
• Promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
• Coordinate integration between MES, WMS, ERP, production equipment, PLCs, SCADA, databases, and other systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability to manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with IT to develop standards for digital architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and system scalability.
• Lead change-management activities, including user adoption, training, communication, and process standardization.
• Manage internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
• Establish governance for the digital portfolio and ensure projects remain aligned with strategic priorities.
• Monitor project performance and communicate progress, risks, benefits, and ROI to senior leadership.
• Continuously identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled operations.

Basic Qualifications.

Education.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience.

• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, manufacturing IT/OT, automation, MES, WMS, ERP, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing.
• Experience integrating shop-floor technologies with enterprise systems.
• Project management experience; PMP, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-case development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
