Trabajarás con Product, Marketing y Data para entregar soluciones escalables, gestionar CRM y marketing automation, y optimizar el customer journey desde la estrategia hasta la ejecución. Se requiere visión analítica, habilidades de comunicación y dominio del inglés.

Qualifications

• 5+ años de experiencia en marketing digital de producto, MarTech o gestión del ciclo de vida del cliente.
• Experiencia práctica en CRM, automatización de marketing y optimización del journey.
• Habilidades de gestión de partes interesadas y colaboración entre áreas.
• Uso de datos y analítica para mejorar el rendimiento de marketing.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia en decisiones entre equipos.
• Dominio de inglés.

Responsibilities

• Liderar el desarrollo y la ejecución de iniciativas de tecnología de marketing para mejorar adquisición, engagement y retención de clientes.
• Colaborar con Product, Marketing, Data y Technology para soluciones escalables de experiencia del cliente.
• Gestionar proyectos de CRM, automatización de marketing y optimización del customer journey desde estrategia hasta implementación.
• Analizar rendimiento de campañas, insights de clientes y métricas de negocio para impulsar mejoras.
• Identificar e implementar capacidades innovadoras de MarTech que apoyen objetivos y mejoren la experiencia de usuario.

• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams to deliver scalable customer experience solutions.
• Manage CRM, marketing automation, and customer journey optimization projects from strategy through implementation.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and business metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.
• Identify and implement innovative digital marketing and MarTech capabilities that support business objectives and improve user experience.

Perfil buscado

• 5+ years of experience in digital product marketing, MarTech, or customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to improve marketing performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making across teams.
• English proficiency.
