Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Virtual Events Manager to plan and execute webinars and live virtual events globally. You will coordinate calendars, work with regional teams across time zones, and support speakers with technical moderation.

The role involves managing event platforms, invitations, registrations, and post-event follow-ups while tracking engagement metrics and lead attribution to optimize performance.

Formación

• Hands-on experience planning and delivering webinars or virtual events end-to-end.
• Experience with virtual event platforms (Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar).
• Experience coordinating with international teams across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute live webinars and virtual events end-to-end, including setup, registration, live production, recording, and post-event follow-up
• Manage event logistics on virtual platforms such as Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar
• Coordinate invitations and registrations with audience segmentation, emails, reminders, and real-time monitoring
• Train and support speakers through platform guidance, rehearsals, and live moderation
• Administer virtual events platforms, templates, access, troubleshoot issues, and enhance engagement features (polling, Q&A, captions)
• Manage a global virtual events calendar and collaborate with regional marketing teams across time zones
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for production support, budget, and delivery
• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports covering attendance, engagement metrics, and lead attribution

• Plan and execute live webinars and virtual events end-to-end, including event setup, registration, live production, recording, and post-event follow-up
• Manage event logistics on virtual event platforms such as Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar tools
• Build and coordinate event invitations and registrations, including audience segmentation, email communications, reminders, and real-time registration monitoring
• Train and support internal and external speakers through platform guidance, rehearsals, and live technical moderation
• Administer virtual events platforms, maintaining templates and access, troubleshooting issues, and improving engagement features such as polling, Q&A, and captions
• Manage a global virtual events calendar and collaborate with regional marketing teams across different time zones
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when additional production support is required, including budget and delivery oversight
• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports covering attendance, engagement metrics, and lead or pipeline attribution

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in planning and delivering webinars or virtual events end-to-end
• Strong operational and process-driven mindset, with attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience working with virtual event platforms, such as Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar
• Proven ability to manage and support speakers and stakeholders in a live, high-pressure environment
• Experience working in an international context with cross-regional teams and time zones
• Solid understanding of post-event reporting, engagement metrics, and marketing performance tracking
