AutoZone México is seeking a Digital Learning Content & Training Intern to assist with the creation, maintenance, and administration of digital learning content and to support training delivery across the organization.

The role involves QA testing, LMS management, and developing training materials in a part-time capacity, contributing to ongoing organizational development projects related to learning and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of digital learning courses and training materials using Storyline and other learning tools.
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure content functionality, navigation, and user experience.
• Manage learning resources and support course administration within the LMS platform.
• Develop training materials, visual resources, guides, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with the organization, logistics, and facilitation of internal training sessions.
• Provide basic user support and contribute to Organizational Development projects related to learning and training.
