Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence. You will migrate reporting to Power BI, standardize dashboards, and support digital solutions across the facility.

Lead Lean Six Sigma projects (RIE/Kaizen), collaborate with process owners, and champion continuous improvement culture using CAPEX and lean tools. Bilingual English/Spanish required, with 1–3 years in a similar role.

Formación

• 1-3 years in a similar role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Apps.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate current reporting to Power BI (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Standardize dashboards and power apps.
• Maintain and support current systems, apps, or dashboards.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing methods to reduce costs and waste.
• Lead Lean & Six Sigma projects (RIE/Kaizen) to deliver results.
• Drive CIT activity and best practices for digital solutions.
