Alten México is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels and improve user acquisition and engagement. This remote-first role emphasizes data-driven decisions, experimentation, and measurable business impact.

You will analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and collaborate with content/design teams to ensure assets meet campaign objectives and brand standards while maintaining efficiency and cost controls.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts relevant to A/B testing and campaign analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze performance data from digital marketing campaigns to identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement and manage A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Monitor budgets and bidding strategies to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to align assets with objectives and brand guidelines.
• Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
