Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking an Operational SME I for Digital Factory to plan, design, implement, and manage production and service delivery systems. You will drive standard DF practices, lead site DF projects, and ensure performance, reliability, and cost control across manufacturing and engineering processes.

The role requires deep knowledge of Digital Factory applications, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Process or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• MS in Process or Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred.
• Lean Silver Certificate or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Strong understanding of Digital Factory apps and SAP/configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Site Subject Matter Expert for DF systems and applications.
• Plan, design, implement and manage DF projects at the site.
• Drive standardization of SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations.
• Coach and train DF application users and maintain data integrity.
• Support Lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement across DF platforms.
• Communicate regional/global DF metrics and collaborate with DF teams.
