Formación

• 5-8 years of experience
• Experience directing creative agencies for control development and understanding of the creative agency process
• Understand how data usage can drive creative execution
• Experience with multiple layers of creative reviews and approvals
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build consensus across teams
• Ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with urgency
• Flexibility in approach to different business problems and willingness to change course
• Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and establishing structure across cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Review and execution of marketing creatives and management of multi-channel creative execution
• Ensure creatives are executed with efficiency, control, and quality
• Partner with Marketing to understand and execute the creative strategy
• Provide an executional voice to ensure consistency across campaigns
• Coordinate with production, marketing partners, and vendors for copy reviews
• Partner with Legal to finalize creative setup and specifications
• Find effective and efficient means to delivering communications to customers
• Manage day-to-day tasks and activities in program execution
• Develop partnerships with channel owners to ensure control and quality of messaging across touch-points
• Oversee day-to-day staff management including resource allocation and performance issues
