Citigroup Inc. seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead a team, shape product strategy, and drive lifecycle management across markets. The role coordinates product plans, development, launches, and marketing, while aligning with a broader Management team to improve market share and competitive position.

The candidate will spearhead customer value propositions, pricing, segmentation, and channel strategies, and work with regional offices to optimize performance and growth.

Formación

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in product management or related fields.
• License: Series 7 is required.
• Experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Product Managers and handle personnel duties.
• Oversee strategic roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing; analyze market trends.
• Manage day-to-day product marketing, client experience, and communications strategies.
• Execute value propositions, positioning, pricing, segmentation, and channel strategies.
• Develop functional plans across a country/region and coordinate with units.
• Lead market research, product innovation, and address trials of product commoditization.
• Oversee full program life cycle including technology trends and partnerships.
• Contribute to acquisition targets, revenue, and expense management; identify opportunities.
• Develop and communicate a business plan to enter the marketplace; coordinate team procedures.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies; supervise others.
