Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Digital Engineer to lead process optimization and digital tool enhancements, focused on SAP S/4HANA environments and BI solutions such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The role requires 4+ years in digital transformation and hands-on ERP experience, with onsite work in Apodaca and up to 10% travel.

English at B2 level and ability to train stakeholders, document processes, and drive change adoption are essential. Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with +4 years of experience in digital transformation projects.
English proficiency Intermeidate (B2).
Experience working with ERP systems.
Experience creating dashboards with Power Apps.

Responsibilities

Lead process optimization and digital tool enhancements, driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Manage cross-functional projects by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.
Support system lifecycle activities, including design, implementation, testing, and ongoing enhancements—specifically within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Provide training, guidance, and clear communication to stakeholders, while maintaining thorough documentation and supporting change adoption.
Lead process optimization, digital tool enhancements, and business intelligence solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
