Job summary

Solventum, a health-tech company, seeks a Digital Engineer to optimize processes and lead digital tool enhancements onsite at the Apodaca site. You will work with SAP S/4HANA, develop BI dashboards, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher with 4+ years in digital transformation, ERP experience, and English at least B2. Up to 10% travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4+ years in digital transformation projects.
• English proficiency at intermediate level (B2) is required.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI/dashboard tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and digital tool enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support system lifecycle activities, including design, testing, and enhancements in SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide training and clear communication while documenting changes.
