Novartis, based in Mexico City, Mexico, seeks a seasoned professional to act as the Lean Digital Core Source to Pay Business Partner US. In this temporary role, you will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Digital, and suppliers to enhance end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and drive digital transformation.

You will lead cross-functional projects, ensure SOX compliance, and work in a highly international environment to support transformation initiatives for a leading pharmaceutical company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services, or related fields.
• Strong experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Business Intelligence tools, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay processes, compliance requirements, and control frameworks.
• Proven experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within global matrix organizations and manage third-party supplier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Source-to-Pay business partner, providing expert guidance on compliant and efficient business processes.
• Drive process optimization and system enhancement initiatives that improve user experience and operational performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, service providers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, segregation of duties requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance standards.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects that advance the end-to-end Source-to-Pay strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
• Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver recommendations that drive business value.
