Novartis Mexico is seeking a skilled procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing, supplier management and category support in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate global strategies into local plans, drive category savings, and coordinate with regional and local teams to deliver results on time and within budget, while maintaining compliance with procurement standards. This role requires bilingual Spanish and English and strong collaboration across functions.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, including end-to-end sourcing and supplier selection.
• Operations management and execution discipline.
• Basic financial and commercial understanding, and data analysis.
• Stakeholder management across functions with clear communication.
• Experience with regional or global procurement strategies.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and execute procurement projects to meet scope and timelines.
• Translate strategies into sourcing plans for the assigned category.
• Execute sourcing plans and contribute to category savings targets.
• Provide input into supplier segmentation and sourcing opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor KPIs.
• Lead Source-to-Contract activities including negotiations and contract handover.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance.
