Novartis Mexico is seeking a data-driven procurement analytics professional to deliver dashboards, KPIs, and governance for procurement and global fleet performance. You will analyze spend and supplier data, translate insights for leadership, support transformation initiatives, and drive digital automation while working with regional and global stakeholders.

Role requires strong data analysis, BI skills, and collaboration across regions; fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
• Experience communicating insights to senior stakeholders in English and Spanish.
• Background in procurement, PMO, or operations with process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Procurement Performance Analytics & Reporting with dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze spend, supplier, and project data to identify trends and value opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Support procurement strategy, governance, and performance reviews.
• Maintain data governance and reporting standards across programs.
• Provide PMO support with project plans, risk logs, and progress reporting.
• Lead digital transformation by identifying automation and AI opportunities.
• Support leadership communications, governance forums, and tool adoption.
