## DG BOSS: Janitor (FN)Applylocations: Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territorytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R2124424**Title:**DG BOSS: Janitor (FN)* Reports directly to the Supervisor or Manager and carries out assigned tasks, instructions, and work schedules.* Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned buildings and barracks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and presentable environment.* Performs routine cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of ceilings, vents, restrooms/latrines, and common spaces.* Stocks and replenishes cleaning supplies and consumables in assigned areas.* Conducts routine inspections and performs minor maintenance tasks; documents findings as required.* Executes heavy cleaning duties and supports special projects as directed.* Identifies and reports maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, and repair requirements to management.* Transports materials, supplies, and equipment to work locations and performs a range of general housekeeping tasks.* Adheres to all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).* Coordinates with operations teams to ensure service orders for living quarters are completed accurately and in a timely manner.* Provides professional, courteous customer service when interacting with residents and at the customer service desk.* Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
