AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage migrations between environments and ensure reliability of production and staging systems. You will handle incident response, improve observability, automation, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure, and participate in weekend migrations when needed.
The role requires experience in SRE/DevOps, AWS, CI/CD, GitOps, and Kubernetes, with strong scripting and IaC skills.
Formación
- 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations.
- Hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
- Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
- Strong CI/CD knowledge (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in engineering teams.
- Kubernetes experience (EKS, kOps, or similar).
- Observability stack experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, PagerDuty).
- Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
- Relational DB knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Responsabilidades
- Migrate applications between environments, with weekend migrations when needed.
- Monitor production and staging environments for high availability and performance.
- Respond to incidents with triage and post-incident reviews.
- participate in on-call rotations with defined SLAs.
- Handle ad-hoc operational requests from Product and Support teams.
- Maintain and enhance monitoring, dashboards, logs, and metrics.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and GitOps workflows.
- Contribute to automation to reduce toil and improve reliability.
- Maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
- Support Infrastructure as Code practices and environment improvements.
