AgileEngine in Baja California, Mexico, seeks a DevOps Engineer to manage migrations, ensure production and staging reliability, and enhance observability and automation in Kubernetes-based infrastructure.

The role covers incident response, on‑call rotations with SLAs, and collaboration with Product and Support for CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows. Weekend migrations may be required.

Formación

• At least 2 years in SRE/DevOps or Production Operations.
• Demonstrable AWS experience supporting production environments.
• Experience with production SaaS applications.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations required.
• Monitor production and staging environments in real time for high availability.
• Respond to incidents, conduct RCA and post‑mortem remediation.
• Participate in on‑call rotations with defined SLAs.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and IaC practices.
• Maintain and improve observability with dashboards, logs, and metrics.
• Improve automation to reduce operational toil and maintain k8s-based infra.
