AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage migrations, ensure reliable production and staging environments, and improve observability and automation. You will participate in on-call rotations, support CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to GitOps workflows.

Weekend migrations may be required and strong English communication is essential. The role emphasizes Kubernetes-based infrastructure, Terraform/Helm IaC, and experience with SaaS production systems.

Formación

• 2+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Production Operations.
• AWS experience in production SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows.
• Proficient with Kubernetes (EKS/kOps or similar).
• Experience with observability stacks: Grafana/Prometheus/Loki.
• Experience scripting in Bash/Python/Go and IaC with Terraform/Helm.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) support skills.
• Good English communication and on-call readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations may be required.
• Monitor production and staging in real time for availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents with triage, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotations with SLAs.
• Handle operations requests from Product/Support teams.
• Enhance monitoring, dashboards, logs, and alerting; improve signal-to-noise ratio.
• Support CI/CD releases and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation to reduce toil and improve IaC practices.
• Maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
