About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform / DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of automation, infrastructure, and engineering practices used across the organization.

This role will focus on platform automation, security and compliance, CI/CD optimization, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

Mandatory Skill

GitHub Actions — MUST HAVE

Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing reusable GitHub Actions and organization-wide platform automation using TypeScript/Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of reusable GitHub Actions and platform automation at an enterprise scale.
• Own and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/HCL on AWS.
• Manage infrastructure and supporting services for GitHub Enterprise, including:
• Geo-replication
• Networking / VPC / EIP
• Compute / EC2
• Drive Security & Compliance initiatives, including:
• SAST / SCA remediation
• Veracode, SonarQube, and CodeQL integrations
• Production Readiness Reviews
• Secret and token rotation
• Improve CI/CD, release automation, and operational practices.
• Establish and improve operational processes involving PagerDuty, runbooks, tiered SLAs, and change management.
• Establish and champion AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including patterns, guardrails, and team best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship, design and code reviews, and architectural guidance.
• Partner with the Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning, prioritization, and delivery.
