Accenture México is seeking a Senior Platform / DevSecOps Engineer to lead automation, infrastructure, and engineering practices across the organization. The role focuses on platform automation, security, CI/CD optimization, and providing technical leadership to the team.

As a senior contributor, you will mentor engineers, implement IaC with Terraform on AWS, and drive security initiatives while collaborating with global teams in a hybrid Monterrey or Mexico City setup.

• Experience working in Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, or automation environments.
• Strong ability to contribute to technical and architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of reusable GitHub Actions and platform automation at an enterprise scale.
• Own and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/HCL on AWS.
• Manage infrastructure and supporting services for GitHub Enterprise, including geo-replication, networking, VPC, EIP, and compute (EC2).
• Drive Security & Compliance initiatives (SAST/SCA), Veracode, SonarQube, and CodeQL integrations.
• Improve CI/CD, release automation, and operational practices.
• Establish and improve operational processes involving PagerDuty, runbooks, tiered SLAs, and change management.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering workflows using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including patterns and guardrails.
• Provide technical mentorship, design and code reviews, and architectural guidance.
• Partner with the Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning, prioritization, and delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform / DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of automation, infrastructure, and engineering practices used across the organization.

This role will focus on platform automation, security and compliance, CI/CD optimization, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

• Lead the design and implementation of reusable GitHub Actions and platform automation at an enterprise scale.
• Own and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/HCL on AWS.
• Manage infrastructure and supporting services for GitHub Enterprise, including:
• Geo-replication
• Networking / VPC / EIP
• Compute / EC2
• Drive Security & Compliance initiatives, including:
• SAST / SCA remediation

• Production Readiness Reviews
• Secret and token rotation
• Improve CI/CD, release automation, and operational practices.

• Provide technical mentorship, design and code reviews, and architectural guidance.
