Flex is seeking a Full Stack .NET MVC Software Developer to join the technology team in Guadalajara. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with strong SQL Server backend work.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of web development experience, familiarity with RESTful APIs, and knowledge of ORMs like Entity Framework or Dapper; experience with Git and Agile methods is a plus. Remote work is not indicated.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization).
• Front-end development experience (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

The “Developer, Applications” will be based in GDL Flex North, reporting to IT Project Manager.

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack .NET MVC Software Developer with experience in web development and database management to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have solid skills in .NET MVC, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET MVC.
• Create and optimize queries and stored procedures in SQL Server.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to enhance user experience.
• Integrate services and RESTful APIs into applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
• Follow best development practices, security standards, and version control (Git).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web development with .NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization).
• Experience with front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery or frameworks like React/Angular/Vue is a plus).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in debugging.
