Sonepar México & Caribe is seeking a Desktop Engineer to deliver a reliable digital workplace, configure devices with Intune and Autopilot, and support end users.

You will deploy, manage, and secure Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and providing outstanding user support.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of Desktop Support, IT Support, or Workplace Technology experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provision and configure Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, networking, printing, and endpoint-related issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Support workstation deployments, hardware lifecycle activities, inventory management, and device compliance.
• Assist with application packaging, software deployments, and endpoint configuration through Microsoft Intune.
• Monitor endpoint security, operating system updates, and compliance standards to maintain a secure environment.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance desktop operations.
