Perkins & Will Inc. seeks a Project Designer to lead schematic design and development for on-site projects. You will prepare presentation drawings, models, and narratives while aligning with client goals, budgets, and codes. Strong collaboration with consultants and internal teams is essential.

You will mentor staff, participate in design reviews, and contribute to client relationships and market opportunities, delivering high-quality design documentation across phases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with BIM and Revit is essential.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and execute all aspects of the design process and project complexities.
• Prepare schematic designs with presentation drawings, models, and narratives.
• Understand project goals, constraints, and budgets.
• Evaluate design alternatives based on site and code requirements.
• Apply knowledge of building technology, materials, costs, and codes.
• Prepare client presentation packages and publications.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with partners during design phases.
