Gibraltar Fabrication is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance while coordinating with clients and regulators to meet contract requirements.

The role requires a decade of PM experience in large-scale projects, strong leadership, and proficient use of Procore and Primavera P6. Travel to project sites will be expected as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of ten years as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction.
• Experience on at least two design-build projects of similar size and complexity to large federal/public infrastructure.
• Two projects with contract value of $10M+ requiring budgets, procurement, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines to ensure delivery.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance across the lifecycle.
• Lead buyout, procurement, and subcontractor selection processes.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and review contracts for accuracy.
