Grupo Quince22 is seeking a Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst to join its Supply Chain team in Mexico. The role analyzes sales and inventory data to optimize profitability and availability, coordinating with Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations for aligned demand forecasts and capacity planning.

You will build forecasts for Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce, manage inventory and allocations, and monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy and fill rate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, allocation, inventory analysis, or similar roles in multi-channel retail/distribution.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, or premium consumer goods is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; familiar with planning systems.
• Ability to work across Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
• Intermediate English for reading technical content and communicating with international brands.

Responsabilidades

• Lead demand planning and forecasting across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels.
• Build forecasts using data and business judgment considering sales history, market trends, new product launches, and promotions.
• Coordinate with supply chain and distribution centers on allocation and inventory optimization.
• Track performance through KPIs like forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory turnover.
• Plan forecasting and supply for new products and end-of-life items, aligning with global brand strategies.
• Keep ERP and reporting data accurate; develop dashboards for leadership visibility.

Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst — Fashion/Retail

We are looking for a Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst to join our Supply Chain team.

We're looking for an analytical person with a strategic mindset who can turn sales and inventory data into decisions that impact product profitability and availability. This role is a key part of the company's S&O process — you'll work closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and act as a link between Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations, helping align demand forecasts, supply capacity, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Demand planning and forecasting

• Take an active role in demand planning across all sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce).
• Build forecasts using both data and business judgment, based on:
• Sales history
• Market trends
• New product launches
• Promotional calendars

Supply and inventory management

• Work with the supply chain team, commercial team, and distribution centers to make sure products are allocated where they're needed.
• Balance service levels with inventory optimization.
• Manage inventory allocation strategies.

Performance and KPIs

Track and report on:

• Forecast accuracy
• Fill rate / service level
• Inventory turnover
• Spot gaps and drive improvement initiatives.

Product lifecycle and launches

• Coordinate forecasting and supply planning for new products and limited collections.
• Plan for end-of-life products to avoid excess inventory.
• Work with global brand teams to keep local execution aligned with global strategy.

Systems and process improvement

• Keep ERP and reporting data accurate and up to date.
• Build dashboards for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Demand Planner, Allocator, Inventory Analyst, Planning Analyst, or similar role in multi-channel retail/distribution. Experience with formal S&O cycles is a plus.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer goods is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; familiar with planning systems.
• Comfortable working across teams (Commercial, Purchasing, Operations).
• Business-minded, with an understanding of financial and profitability metrics.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking.
• Intermediate English (able to read technical content and communicate with international brands)
• Forecast accuracy (MAPE, BIAS, and MAD metrics)
• Knowledge of inventory management: min/max levels, safety stock, reorder point, and EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).
