Qualifikationen

• Bachelors Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in demand planning or similar supply chain role, ERP and demand planning software experience; Blue Yonder preferred.
• APICS certification is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation skills are required.
• Strong and fluent English.

• Own and maintain the demand forecasting process in Blue Yonder, ensuring forecast data is accurate and aligned with business requirements.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with Sales to evaluate historical demand, include market and customer insights, and agree on forecast adjustments.
• Monitor forecast adherence with weekly follow-up with sales representatives and drive timely corrective actions.
• Prepare and report monthly forecast accuracy KPIs, investigate significant variances, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate changes or disruptions in demand to Planning and Procurement to support timely supply, production, and inventory decisions.
• Evaluate and recommend item classification changes between Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS).

Own and maintain the demand forecasting process in Blue yonder, ensuring that forecast data is accurate, current, and aligned with business requirements. Lead monthly demand review meetings with Sales to evaluate historical demand, incorporate relevant market and customer insights, and agree on forecast adjustments. Monitor forecast adherence through weekly follow-up with sales representatives, identifying gaps and driving timely corrective actions. Prepare and report monthly forecast accuracy KPIs, investigate significant variances, and communicate insights and recommend actions to key stakeholders. Identify and communicate changes or disruptions in demand to Planning and Procurement to support timely supply, production, and inventory decisions. Evaluate and recommend item classification changes between Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS), and maintain accurate MTS parameters to support service and inventory objectives.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience on a a similar demand planning or supply chain role, including ERP and demand planning software. Blue yonder experience is preferred.
• APICS certification is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation skills are required.
• Strong and fluent English.
