Capgemini in Mexico is seeking a Process Lead for MRP/BSv planning to own end-to-end inventory analytics and drive reductions in wastage and excess stock.

The role partners with factory material planners to determine RPM norms, apply RPA in delivery, and deliver KPIs and insights through management reports. Strong English communication and a collaborative, proactive approach are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in material planning or ERP/MRP roles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; IIT/IT-BHU/REC/DCE/BITS or tier-1 colleges preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end inventory analytics to reduce wastage and excess.
• Determine RPM norms for planning.
• Lead discussions with factory material planners.
• Apply RPA to the delivery process.
• Collaborate on supply chain initiatives.

General Information

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• End to End inventory analytics (ex-Business wastage, excess inventory) including target of reducing inventory
• RPM Norm determination
• Front end the discussion with Factory Material planners
• Apply RPA in the existing delivery
• Supply collaboration
• Deliver all the business KPIs agreed
• Provide insights through various management reports
• Analyze the reason for plan failures and work with IT and internal team to fix the issues
• Work with transition and transformation teams to deliver best practices to the client

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IIT,IT-BHU, REC, DCE,BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
• Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)
