EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Delivery Manager to lead an AI-driven vulnerability detection harness and lifecycle program across global teams. You will align scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders while enabling adoption with distributed teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, remove blockers, and drive governance and security reviews. The role requires strong Agile delivery, governance, and client-facing communication across time zones.

Formación

• 2+ years of delivery management experience delivering software programs in large enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of program management experience with planning, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior, client-facing communication.
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones (US and India).
• Strong project governance skills across scope, schedule, budget, and change control.
• Hands-on Agile delivery knowledge and ceremony facilitation experience.
• Strong risk management skills with escalation handling and decision documentation.
• English proficiency: C1 Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Own program delivery across scope, schedule, dependencies, and status reporting.
